Manny Pay, the digital wallet backed by former Sen. Manny Pacquiao, will shut down all operations on Nov. 10, transferring unspent customer balances to third-party provider Traxion Pay Inc.

The closure takes place roughly one year after the service launched on Nov. 1, 2025. In an advisory released to users, the platform recommended that account holders spend or withdraw their remaining balances before the deadline to prevent automatic migration.

Any balance left in a Manny Pay account after Nov. 10 will automatically convert into a Traxion Pay account, accessible through the Traxion Pay mobile application on the App Store and Google Play.

Manny Pay customer support will continue to handle transition inquiries until Nov. 10. Traxion Pay Inc. will assume sole responsibility for all account concerns, requests, complaints and transaction inquiries starting Nov. 11. (Read More: Pacquiao Launches Manny Pay to Disrupt PH Digital Payments)

The platform stated that all customer data transferred during the handover will comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Users who wish to access future digital products under the Manny Pay brand will need to register separately once new services launch.

Manny Pay is operated by 7th Pillar Integrated System Corp., a technology firm chaired by Pacquiao. The company secured an Operator of Payment System registration from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in April. (Read More: Manny Pay Taps Traxion as Tech Backbone for Digital Wallet)

The service targeted 100,000 users by the end of 2025 and reached more than 500,000 downloads on Google Play. The company has not published figures regarding active accounts or transaction volumes.

Despite the planned termination of the service, social media posts published by the brand on Oct. 12 teased a successor project labeled “Manny Pay 2.0”. The company has not released a launch date or specifications for the proposed version.
