Solana Tokenized Stocks Hit Record $684M as Trading Surges

by Liam Greene

Key Takeaways

Solana Draws $354M in RWA Inflows as Stock Tokens Expand

Solana’s push into tokenized equities is no longer a niche experiment.

The value of tokenized stocks and funds on the network has reached a record $684 million, while Solana attracted roughly $348 million to $354 million of real-world asset inflows over the past 30 days.

The growth coincides with a broader rebound in network activity. Solana recently reached a one-year high for decentralized exchange transactions, with activity nearly doubling from a year earlier.

The Solana account summed up the mood more simply: “Incredible Things Happening On The Solana Blockchain.”

Tokenized Stocks Are Starting to Produce Real Volume

One of the clearest signals came from tokenized Grindr shares.

The Solana-based GRND token generated about $31 million in trading volume in less than 24 hours following its launch. That was almost twice the roughly $16.6 million traded in the underlying stock on the New York Stock Exchange the previous day, and above its roughly $25 million average daily volume.

Backpack founder Armani Ferrante called the development “the craziest thing happening in finance right now,” questioning whether it marked the first time tokenized stock volume had surpassed trading in the corresponding traditional equity.

The comparison is striking, even if one day of activity does not establish a lasting shift.

Stonkfun Turns Trading Fees Into Buybacks

StonkFun has become another focal point.

Just 50 days after launching, the Solana platform generated about $9 million in revenue and distributed roughly $30 million in rewards, according to Solanafloor.

Its native STONK token reached a record market capitalization near $250 million to $251 million. The platform has also burned 14.4% of STONK’s total supply, worth more than $40 million, using a model that redirects trading-related revenue into buybacks and burns.

Crypto commentator Curb described the broader setup plainly: the “Solana ecosystem [is] looking great here.”

Solana is Becoming a Testing Ground for Onchain Wall Street

Daily DEX volume has topped $321 million, reinforcing the view that tokenized assets are beginning to generate meaningful secondary-market liquidity rather than simply sitting in wallets.

That is the bigger story behind the $684 million milestone.

Solana is increasingly becoming a venue where traditional equities can be issued, traded, and integrated directly into crypto-native markets. The network itself leaned into that narrative, posting: “What a time to be alive. Stocks on Solana.”

The numbers remain small compared with global equity markets. But when an onchain representation of a stock can briefly outtrade its New York-listed counterpart, the experiment becomes much harder for traditional finance to ignore.
